Who we are

NailBiter is escape room software operated by Escape Experience (Chattanooga & Nashville, TN). This policy covers nailbiterescapes.com — both this marketing site and guest experience pages (watch pages, player hubs, debriefs, waivers) served for the venues that run NailBiter.

Guest pages & shared links

If you open a page shared with you — like a live watch link or a team debrief — that page is unguessable, link-only, and expires. Live broadcasting is controlled by the venue and is off by default. Photos and videos of a game belong to the team that played it.

Cookies & advertising pixels

We use cookies and advertising pixels (Meta/Facebook, and TikTok if enabled) on this site and on guest experience pages. That means if you visit these pages you may see our ads — or the venue's ads — on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. These platforms have their own privacy policies governing the data they collect.

What we collect

Contact details you submit in forms (name, company, email, phone), form answers, and browsing/interaction data via cookies and pixels. Waiver information is collected on behalf of the venue you're visiting.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information.
